You can find clues in the Exhibition in St Michael & All Angels Church – or by searching online.

7. Cecil Aldin is the illustrator of A Dog Day, a 1904 edition of which is kindly being donated as the prize for this quiz by Stephen Foster of Foster Books. Where in Chiswick was Aldin photographed with four dogs in the 1890s?

8. Who said that A Dog Day was ‘one of my favourite books of all time’?

Tie-breaker: In the event of a tie, the first prize will be awarded to the person who the judges think has given the best answer to this question: “Why I deserve to win a 1904 edition of A Dog Day“. The judges’ decision will be final.
